Who we are
Our website address is: https://rokopuzzles.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Currently there are no comments allowed on this page, so the above statements are only for future use of comments.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Currently no images are accepted from the public for public and/or private upload.
If you send information through the contact form, that communication arrives as an email. Email addresses will neither be sold nor shared to anyone. The email and its contents may be saved as a record of correspondence. Communication sent through any contact forms will remain private unless permission to use that information has been granted. Please include your actual email address so that you may be contacted for permission. Otherwise all contact form information will remain private unless that information is required by law enforcement for legally binding reasons. Any harassment or threatening communications received through this form may be reported to the authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Currently no comments are enabled.
Cookies may be included in embedded content. Cookies may also be utilized to recognize returning visitors to this site.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles and widgets and plugins on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Google Analytics are used on this site to observe the overall popularity of the site, including information about new and repeat visitors, geographical information of visitors, and any other tools and information that Google Analytics makes available.
Who we share your data with
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Currently no user registration or logins are permitted.
Data such as name and email address that is collected with the newsletter subscription sign-up form is saved indefinitely. Users have the option to unsubscribe from future newsletter emails by clicking the unsubscribe link. Anyone who has entered such data and wants to be permanently deleted may use the contact form to request such deletion. If the name and email are still recorded they will be deleted. It is possible there is no such data stored as there is a cost to maintain large subscriber lists and inactive subscribers (people who have unsubscribed) are purged within one year or sooner, as needed to free up space.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
